Objective
Students can define and explain different ways of assessing, recognising and developing expertise in organisations.
Students are able to develop the methods of managing expertise in cooperation with the management of an organisation. They are able to assess management of expertise as a tool of business development.

Teaching methods
Opintojakso on verkkokurssi, jossa kuitenkin edetään aikataulun mukaisesti. Aitustunnit ovat Teamsissa 13.3. klo 17.15-20.00. VAHVA SUOSITUS osallistua kyseisille oppitunneille, jossa käydään läpi mitä kurssilla ollaan tekemässä ja ryhmäytys. Jatkossa pienryhmissä Teamsissä työskentelyä ja mahdollisuus opettajan ohjaukseen tarpeiden mukaan.
