Objective

The student is able to
- recognize and understand the requirements of the different operational environments in the cultural field, e.g. regarding safety, scheduling, staff, infrastructure, public services, and permission policies
- produce, as part of a production team, an event/cultural service/media product in a profitable and customer-oriented way

Content

- familiarization with the operational environments of different productions, their characteristics, and requirements
- production process, financing and budgeting, marketing and information distribution
- partnership and cooperation in productions
- required permissions and agreements
- copyright matters - sustainable development in productions - implementation of the above-mentioned information in productions of the first year

The student recognizes different operational environments of cultural management and understands a production as a project

The student understands the requirements, challenges and opportunities of different operational environments and is able to take the above things into account in production.

The student understands the requirements, challenges and opportunities of different operational environments and is able to take the above things into account in production. They realize the opportunities of different operational environments from the perspective of production.
