- act in production, accepting its diversity, and appreciating and respecting the other members of the group.

- is able to assess their own activities in the production team
- is able to act in a constructive way in their production team with the appreciation of others
- knows how to incorporate into production a lot of sustainability perspective

The student

- understands the subareas of production and the process of production
- is able to perform production-related assignments independently and recognizes critical points in production
- is able to assess their own activities in the production team, and, if needed, change them
- is able to act in their production team in a constructive and solution-oriented way, prioritizing the success of the production
- is able to implement each stage of production from the starting points of sustainable development
