Objective

Occupational and environmental safety in construction
Students know the relevant labour legislation and understand the collective labour agreement for the construction field.

Competence in the construction process
Students are familiar with organizational models and management styles and know the basics of human resources management.

Materials

Students will be informed during the lectures, Collective Agreement for the House Construction field.

The student knows the basics of management. The student knows the basics of the labour law and is able to search for information in a collective agreement.

The student knows the principal matters about management. They are able to apply different methods and modify their own activities in different working-life situations and when working with different people. The student knows the basics of the labour law and is able to search for information in a collective agreement.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student knows the principal matters about management very well. They are able to fluently apply different methods and modify their own activities in different working-life situations and when working with different people, adjusting their management to match each situation and the needs of the subordinates. The student knows the basics of the labour legislation well and is able to search for information in a collective agreement as well as to apply the labour law and the collective agreement in practical problems of working life.
