Group work, seminars (idea, planning and final seminar).

The development assignment is 10 credits, which is equivalent to approximately 270 h of student work.

Assessment methods and criteria

Evaluation criteria (individual and group work, presentations and reporting):
- Coverage of information acquisition and utilization of evidence-based knowledge in working
- Reflection, understanding perspectives and perceiving entities
- Versatility of ideas and options
- Restoration of tasks within the agreed schedule
- Apply models and methods of multifunctional development cooperation
- Identifies different actors and roles of agency in the multifunctional development community


The basis for evaluating a service design project:
-Active participation in the project and the ability to work as part of a group and participate in solving the development task
-Coverage of data acquisition and utilisation of studied knowledge in the development of activities
-Understanding the importance of evidence-based practice in health care and social care
-Ability to apply different stages and working methods of the service design process in solving a working life challenge
-Versatile and goal-oriented use of service design methods
-Variety and exploitability of ideas and options
-Understanding the service perspective and perceiving the elements and the whole of the service -Directing and renewing the work community and work activities
-User orientation -Uses its own substance expertise in a multifunctional development community
-Restored (visual and written?) clarity and comprehensibility of the material
-Returning tasks on schedule

Satisfactory 1
Theory and methodology are poorly understood. The implementation of the various stages of the development task and the work life project is low level.
Information acquisition, use of service design methods, communication and documentation are hardly acceptable.
Moderate participation.

The rudices of understanding theory and methodology and their application at various stages of the development task and the work life project.
Information acquisition, use of service design methods, communication and documentation are acceptable.
Moderate participation.

Good 3
Understanding the theory and applying methods at different stages of the development task and working life project, but the work could be stronger.
