Objective
The student is able to tell the importance of vaccinations and is able to guide and support the client in making a vaccination decision. The student knows how to vaccinate safely. The student is able to implement a national vaccination program, vaccination program for special groups and travelers, as well as health related advice.
Content
The skills needed for vaccination, vaccine-preventive diseases and the benefits of vaccination. Sources of reliable vaccination information. National vaccination program and vaccines for children and adults. Vaccines for special groups. Vaccinations for travelers. Prepare for vaccination, vaccination and after vaccination. The ethics of vaccination. Guidance and counseling related to vaccination. Customer support in vaccination decisions.
