Objective
The course aims at adapting and developing communication skills to respond to the expectations of global counterparts.
The student learns to understand communication styles keeping a clear focus on online communication. The student will gain practical advice and tips on understanding international online audiences in English. As a result, the student will be able to select the right communication mode for maximum impact in different online contexts.

Grade 1. The student completes all the assigned work but has difficulty understanding and following instructions. The student is able to deliver tasks in English using assigned communication channels. The key English terminology and concepts (global mindset, online presence, digital footprint, online writing skills) appropriate to the course topics remain challenging. The student does not meet his/her own learning goals for most of the course.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Grade 3. The student completes all the assigned work on a generally good level. The student is able to deliver tasks, materials and ideas in clear English using assigned communication channels. His/her written and spoken English is understandable, but studying and practicing the key English terminology and concepts (global mindset, online presence, digital footprint, online writing skills) appropriate to the course topics remains inadequate. The student meets his/her own learning goals for most of the course.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Grade 5. The student completes all the assigned work of high quality in terms of both written and spoken English. The student is able to deliver engaging, well-prepared tasks, materials and ideas in clear English using assigned communication channels. The student meets and occasionally exceeds his/her own expected learning goals for the course. The student clearly shows signs of having studied and practiced the key English terminology and concepts (global mindset, online presence, digital footprint, online writing skills) appropriate to the course topics.
