The student is able to strongly support the solution option for the customer. The student is able to use information sources related to intellectual property rights. He knows how to name different intellectual property tools to protect the products.

The student understands the possibilities of service design to the client and provides solutions. The student understands the methods of service design. The student is able to independently seek information about legislation on intellectual property rights. He knows how to classify intellectual property rights.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student understands the potential of service design in developing the customer's operations and is able to offer well-functioning solutions to the customer as well as present them in sales. The student is able to take the theory into practice. The student is able to search for information about intellectual property law and to apply his / her knowledge to practice. He is able to compare the intellectual property rights of the products.
