Objective

The student can describe product development processes and service development processes. The student can apply his/ her knowledge of the processes to planning product and service development in practice. The student is familiar with essential legislation concerning product and service development and can consider their impact on development in a spesific case.

Luennot, harjoitustyö. Yksilö- tai pienryhmässä tehty palvelumuotoilun kehittämistehtävä. Opintojakso toteutetaan Teamsissa, luennot sekä ryhmätyöskentely

80 tuntia, joista ohjattua työskentelyä 15h ja itsenäistä yksilö- ja pienryhmätyöskentelyä 65h
