Objective
Competence in the construction process
The student knows the principles of the standards concerning structural design
Competence in the structural engineering
The student understands framed systems, how they work and the criteria for choosing an appropriate framed system for a building. They learn about the duties of structural designers and how to determine the basic loads of structures.

The student is able to solve assignments related to the basics, which are similar to the assignments dealt with during the course.

In addition to the above-mentioned, the student has a comprehensive understanding of the things included in the course. They are able to choose the right methods to problems related to the topicis dealt with during the course and give reasons for their solutions in a logical way.
