Objective
The student is well aware of their own competencies. They have accumulated a network around them and competencies in their own field allowing them to cope with duties in their professional field. They have a portfolio, which facilitates their job search process and the marketing of their own competencies.

Pass
When graduating, the student is well aware of their own professional competencies. They are able to market themselves through appropriate channels and to condense their own competencies and personal properties at job interviews using their portfolio. They master the entire job search process. They are able to plan for their own professional future taking the trends of the field into account.
Fail
The student's studies have not progressed as scheduled. Their portfolio is incomplete.
