Objective

The student is able to
- take different target groups and their special characteristics into account while planning and implementing the different parts of an event
- utilize different user and customer-oriented information search methods
- utilize the methods of participatory planning and crowdsourcing
- recognize a service path and its actors at their event
- take special groups into account in their planning

Content

- Service path and personas as a concept and practical tools in the design of productions
- Customer and target groups
- Customer and user information collection and analysis methods as an aid to planning (e.g. observation, interview, design game, empathy probe)
- Taking special groups and accessibility into account in event planning
- Methods of participatory design and crowdsourcing

The student recognizes different user groups and their special characteristics and is able to take them into account while designing a production.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student understands the demands of different user groups in planning and is able to utilize user information they have collected.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to take the customer group's needs into account in planning and choose the appropriate user information collection and analysis methods. The student is able to utilize the information they have collected.
