Objective

Oral communication: Students will identify reasons for fear of making presentations (stage fright) and how to control it. They will make an effective presentation, understand ways of listening and will be aware of their own ways of listening. Students will recognize different phenomina of group communication. They will be able to influence the communication of the group and be a part of the group.
Written communication: Students are able to compile an effective CV, quote texts, know the basics of making references, and write proper language.

Content

Oral communication: Be competent in controlling their fear of making presentations, effective performance, ways of listening, and the basics of group communication.
Written communication: making a CV, summarizing/quoting, and the use of Finnish
