Objective

The student is capable of defining the concept of corporate governance and is able to evaluate its meaning to a company. The student is able to explain the concepts of risk management and internal controls and is able to analyze the meaning of these to a company. The student is able to define and recognize special issues in an auditor's reporting and other tasks performed by the auditor besides statutory audit. Besides the Accounting Act, the student is able to interpret the implications of other regulations to an audit. As regards to performing an audit, the student is able to take into account the special features of different types of business organizations.

The student is able to define special issues in an auditor?s reporting and other tasks performed by the auditor besides statutory audit. The student is able to explain the concepts of risk management and internal controls. The student is capable of defining the concept of corporate governance. Besides the Accounting Act, the student is able to interpret the implications of other regulations to an audit. As regards to performing an audit, the student is able to take into account the special features of different types of business organizations.
