- is able to interpret agreements related to copyright at some level

- can interpret the meaning of grant of rights in an agreement related to copyright
- is able to interpret agreements related to copyright well and is able to make a memo of it for paralegal purposes
- is able to apply different forms of protection in their own professional field
- is able to utilise the differences and similarities between industrial property rights and copyrights

The student
- recognise the importance of copyrights in their own professional field
- can interpret the meaning of grant of rights in an agreement related to copyright
- is able to interpret agreements related to copyright well, is able to make a memo of it for paralegal purposes and draft a foundation of an agreement for a lawyer to complement
- is able to apply different forms of protection in their own professional field
- is able to utilise the differences and similarities between industrial property rights and copyrights
- is able to analyse and itemise different options and select the best ones for themselves
- is able to build and manage their own IPS portfolio
