Objective

INNOVATION COMPETENCE

Students will become familiar with the features of project work as part of developing nursing practice. They will study the phases of the project, project planning and reporting. Students will draw up a project plan and learn to implement it. They will
present their project plan or report and its potential implementation in a seminar.

Content

Theoretical basis of project work. Practical training as a member of a project group. Projects as tools in developing health and social services. The practical training in project work is carried out according to the student's individual plan.
