Objective

The student forms a picture of the future related to different subject areas. By attending expert lectures, the student will increase his / her understanding of future changes and phenomena. In learning assignments, students reflect and reflect on what they have heard in lectures and learn not only to see signs of change and future trends in their environment but also to identify their interests and outline their wishes and goals for the future.

Content

“Know the Future!” It is a free and free lecture series by the SeAMK Forum, which will bring interesting experts to the topic in 2020 to talk about future development perspectives. For the first time, students are offered the opportunity to take elective studies by attending lectures and assignments at the SeAMK Forum. You can earn a maximum of 2 credits. You will then attend all six expert lectures and do the related tasks. You can also take only three lectures and complete the related assignments with a credit of 1.

The course includes participation in three expert lectures, as well as a learning diary in which the student reflects on what he or she has heard in the lecture and on his or her profession. More detailed instructions will be given in Moodle at the beginning of the course.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Certified completion requires attendance of compulsory expert lectures and approved learning diary. In an approved learning diary, the student reflects on what he or she has heard in the lecture, both in general and in his or her own profession.
