Objective

The student:
1. Knows guidance and communication ethics, as well as working methods and their development in various operational environments.
2. Knows social and other sustainable development working methods, their strengthening and further development in different stages of interdisciplinary case management.
3. Knows to communicate information about services to clients and partners.
4. Knows to express his/her own professional competence and talk about interdisciplinary case management in different means of communication and media.

The student masters guidance and communication ethics and working methods and their complex development in various operational environments. The student adapts social and other sustainable development working methods, strengthens and further develops them in different stages of interdisciplinary case management. The student can communicate to clients about services in interdisciplinary case management, and to partners about his/her professional competence of interdisciplinary case management in various means of communication and media.
