Teaching methods

Videos and other materials help you to study theory independently. After that you assess your own physical activity and health-related fitness. This way you practice to do tests and interpret the test results in relation to recommendation or reference value. You don’t need complicated equipment, but it could be easier to do test if you have somebody to help you. After this you need two clients (one man and one women) for testing. You have to do tests and give feedback of test results to the clients by 6.3.2020. Lastly everyone gives peer evaluations to other student by 15.3.2020.
