Objective

Students will become familiar with essential social security benefits and their application in different sectors. By means of case studies, students will learn to explain the use of social services and benefits and to detect client's need for services and pathways of services.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Grade 1-2:
Students are able to name and find essential social security benefits and their implementation and application principles in the sectors studied.
Grade 3-4:
By means of case studies, students know how to explain the use of social services and benefits and how to detect clients' needs for services and pathways of services.
Grade 5:
Students are able to analyze how social services and benefits are associated with various background factors at the level of the invidual, community and society.
