Objective
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
apply key theories of learning and guidance in their professional field,
recognise and purposefully develop their own pedagogical thinking,
design and implement participatory, learning-oriented, and ethically sustainable pedagogical solutions,
critically evaluate the impact of teaching, guidance, and learning environments on the development of individual and collective expertise,
utilise research and development knowledge in improving pedagogical practices,
promote sustainable and responsible practices in pedagogy and learning environments.

Theoretical foundations of learning, guidance, and expertise
Development of pedagogical thinking and identity
Learning environments, collaborative and reflective learning
Sustainability and responsibility in pedagogical practice
Pedagogical expertise as part of professional development
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Pass:
The student demonstrates the ability to apply key pedagogical theories and principles in developing expertise in their own field.
The student is able to critically evaluate and justify pedagogical solutions and to develop them responsibly.
The student shows the ability to reflect on their own learning and guidance practices, linking them to workplace development and the building of sustainable competence.
Fail:
The student’s performance does not demonstrate sufficient theoretical understanding or ability to apply knowledge, and the course objectives have therefore not been achieved.
