Objective

The student can

- To carry out a task in a group and achieve the objectives of the assignment.
- Document the project and compile a project folder according to the SeAMKPro project manual in a group.
- Organise, plan, implement, manage, and conclude the project in a group according to the process described in the project manual.
- Act in a coordinated manner in their role in the project and contribute in a motivated manner. In addition, he/she can share information sufficiently and timely manner.
- Communicate and collaborate in a team with stakeholders.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The content of the assignment is partially achieved. The documentation is sloppy, parts are missing. Problems with the planned progress of the project. The process stalls, but the project is completed. The team's work is faltering. Problems with internal communication. Motivation and commitment vary within the team. Limited cooperation with the sponsor, the supervising teacher, and the SeAMKPro project office. There are clear gaps in external communication.

The objectives of the assignment are almost fully achieved. The documents have been prepared in according to the guidelines and with due care. The project is progressing in a structured manner. The process is progressing smoothly. The team is well coordinated. There are hardly any problems with the internal flow of information. All team members are well committed to the project. Cooperation with the sponsor, the supervising teacher, and the SeAMKPro project office is smooth. Stakeholder representatives receive the information they need. The quality of external communication is good.
