Objective
Students know how to use health-related evidence-based knowledge of adults in various health promotion situations. They apply central knowledge of occupational health and safety to promote the health of adults in general and from the perspective of their future profession. Students know how to counsel adult clients on health needs. Students are able to carry out a health examination, including the more common examinations for an adult client, and know how to interpret the results. Students identify factors that affect a healthy working environment.
