The student can plan and carry out a small-scale sales project involving customer contacting for an actual client. The student can act responsibly in a project group.

A contacting and sales project is carried out under supervision.

The student has completed the project satisfactorily and participated as instructed.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student has completed the project well and participated actively.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has completed the project to an excellent standard and participated actively and constructively.
