Objective
The student is aware of the current special and protein crops possibilities, will be familiar with their cultivating and harvesting techniques, marketing opportunities and their use as livestock feed. The student will also learn about the factors affecting the amount, quality and feeding value of the yield.

Level 1. The student names special and protein plants and defines the possibilities of their cultivation and use. The student explains the basic principles of their cultivation technique and usage. The student lists factors which affect the yield, quality and feeding value of the crop.
Level 3. The student compares the possibilities of the cultivation and use of special and protein plants. The student makes a summary of their cultivation techniques and usage. The student estimates factors which affect the yield, quality and feeding value of the crop.
Level 5. The student analyses and makes conclusions of the cultivation possibilities and usage of special and protein plants. The student is interested in comparing the cultivation techniques and use of the special and protein plants. The student analyses factors which affect the yield, quality and feeding value of the crop.
