Objective

LEARNING COMPETENCE, WORKING COMMUNITY COMPETENCE

Students are able to assess and use their physical, mental and social resources in various interaction and learning situations. Students recognize strenghts and weaknesses in their interaction and co-operation skills, and are encouraged to develop these skills. Students are competent to take responsibility for the learning of the whole student group and share their learning experiencies.

ETHICAL COMPETENCE

Students take responsibility for their actions and consequences of these actions. Students are competent to act according to the ethical principles of their profession. They take into account various actors and stakeholders in their work. Students apply principles of equality.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Criteria for fail:
The student
- is not able to identify his/her physical, mental or social resources in interaction and learning situations
- is able to recognize strengths and weaknesses in his/her interaction and collaboration skills, but does not make an effort to develop him/herself or his/her action
- does not want to or is not able to work equally and professionally with other actors or stakeholders.
