Objective

Students will be familiar with various structures of organizations and the history of them. Students also recognize how the structure influences the functionality of the organization. Students know job descriptions and duties of managers and employees.

5: Student recognizes excellently the basics of organizational behavior. Student is able to describe and analyze job descriptions and duties of managers and employees in an excellent way. Student can develop working environment.
4-3:Student recognizes well the basics of organizational behavior. Student is able to describe and analyze job descriptions and duties of managers and employees in a good way. Student can develop working environment somehow.
2-1: Student recognizes the basics of organizational behavior. Student is able to describe and analyze job descriptions and duties of managers and employees. Student realizes some of the elements of working environment.
