Objective

This course will support students in becoming critical and proactive thinkers of business ethical and sustainability issues. After the completion of this course, the student will have the competence to - Discuss different ways of organizing for the management of business ethics - Recognize various sustainability issues and identify how they can be integrated into business operations - Assess the international aspects relevant to business ethical and sustainability issues - Evaluate the performance of sustainability practices and business ethical behavior and make justified recommendations to decision-makers

Content

A series of business cases and materials dealing with a variety of aspects and dilemmas concerning business ethics and sustainable management, which include: - The nature and evolution of business ethics management - Setting standards of ethical behavior - Managing stakeholder relationships - Assessing ethical performance - Organizing for business ethics - Core concepts of responsibility and sustainable development - Current topics and future trends in sustainability - Sustainable business models - Sustainability reporting and communications
