Objective

Students will understand the importance of strategic thinking in a changing operational enviroment. Students will acquire an overview of the different stages of the strategy process. They will have knowledge and skills in duties where strategies are used.

The student is able to identify the sectors and functions of strategic management.

The student knows how to use strategic tools.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Excellent (5)
The student knows the meaning of strategic management for the organizatin and is able to analyse sectors of strategic management.
