Objective

The student is able to succeed in routine sales and marketing situations conducted face to face, over the phone and in writing.

Furthermore, the student can

- recognize the significance of printed and online marketing materials
- produce sales and marketing materials of professional quality
- independently produce various kinds of messages and documentation of the field
- use different media for effective sales and marketing communications.

Content

Product promotion, the language of promotion, promotional materials, sales and marketing presentations, sales calls and talks, meetings and negotiations.

Material provided by the teacher.

Teaching methods

Contact study, virtual study and independent study. Team-based and individual tasks. The teacher emphasizes the use of collaborative tools allowing student teams to communicate and manage the course tasks efficiently.
