Objective

The student knows essential concepts of enterprise content management (ECM) and document management (DM) as part of it. The student understands the meaning and use of document management in different organisations. She is able to use typical applications in this area.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The evaluation is pass or fail.

Pass:
The student knows the enterprise content management and document management as a whole. She has demonstrated competence by doing examination and assignments successfully.

Fail:
The student has not completed the exam and / or the tasks successfully. Thus, he has failed to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of document management and know-how.
