Objective

Students will know the stages involved in the processing of zoning plans.

Content

Provincial zoning, general zoning plan, city plans and the local authorities? guidelines for building, symbols for different zoning plans, zoning of land lots, street engineering plans and purchasing land.

Qualifications

No previous studies are required.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

1 Student knows the basics of the course.
3 Student knows the contents of the course well.
5 Student knows the contents of the course well and can apply their knowledge in practice.
