Objective
Upon completion of the course, students will be competent in evaluating technological development and analyze how it will further develop in the future. Further, students will have the knowledge to evaluate the impact technological development has on society, individuals and organizations and their environments. They will identify the typical characteristics of expert organizations, be aware of the more common problems in them and know how to deal with those problems. They will be knowledgeable of the distinctive features of building an innovative business environment and be competent in perceiving their organization's operations model. Students will possess the skills and knowledge they need to suggest improvements be made to better the opportunities to engage in creativity.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Student has done exercises required. Student knows fundamentals and methods of the competence management.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
In addition to the previous; Student has actively participated in instructions and discussions. Student can apply fundamentals and methods to solve conventional problems. Student can combine his learning to his previous practical knowledge.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
In addition to the previous; Student has shown competence to create new meanings and thoughts by applying his learning.
