Special assignment in structural design (2cr)

Objective

The objective of the special assignment in structural design is complement the studies to achieve the class AA in structural design. In the special assignment the student deepens his/her personal area of skills and data modelling skills.

Content

A data model with required calculations is produced of a building or a structure using TeklaStructures software.

Qualifications

Structural mechanics, Concrete structures, Steel structures and Wood structures.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Assessment on scale 1-5.

Materials

The Euro codes and their national instructions where applicable. TeklaStructures and Robot software.

Teaching methods

This study unit is implemented as autonomous studies.
