Student will know the basics of construction planning and the rules and regulations for building design.

- Rules and regulations related to building design
- Areas and volumes of buildings
- Drawing practices and symbols
- Comparison of different plans and their function and implementation
- Initial plans and space utilisation and planning on a house

3 Student knows the contents of the course well.
