Objective
The student is able to:
- Utilize tests designed for career counselling and their results when making a competency plan
- Describe the competencies they have accumulated during their traineeship period and recognize the stage of their own professional development
Content
Analysis of the student's traineeship period
Self-assessment of the traineeship period
Competency plan
Assessment criteria, approved/failed
Pass: The student participates in the course meetings and is able to describe and evaluate their accumulated knowledge and skills. The student is able to draw up a plan for their professional development.
Fail: The student does not reach the learning goals of the course and is not able to show their competencies.
