- plan and evaluate the technical production needs of a cultural event.
- recognize the role and responsibilities of a technical producer.
- communicate with professionals responsible for technology and utilize production technology services.

• Event technology areas: sound, lighting, video, stage structures
• Basics of equipment and technical solutions
• Safety and regulatory requirements
• Preparing a technical budget
• The role and tasks of a technical producer
• Technical scheduling and production planning
• Collaboration with technical operators
• Case studies of events

Recognizes some aspects of event technology but does not fully understand their significance in the overall context. Needs help with the technical production of events. Still has things to learn about the use of production technology services.

Recognizes most areas of event technology and understands their significance in the overall context. Able to independently handle the technical production of an event. Communicates smoothly with those responsible for technology. Able to order production technology services.
