Objective

The student is able to:
- identify the main principles of AI
- use generative AI and apply it critically to library work
- list the main applications of AI in the library sector - take a critical approach to AI, identify AI-generated documents and critically analyse, for example, the results of information retrieval produced by AI.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student has a basic understanding of how artificial intelligence works but is unable to innovate and independently produce meaningful content using artificial intelligence. There are noticeable deficiencies in the student's media literacy.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student has mastered the basics of artificial intelligence and is able to independently create documents using it. The student is also able to critically approach the results produced by artificial intelligence. The student is also able to apply artificial intelligence to library use.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can use various artificial intelligence applications in a variety of ways and is able to independently innovate new uses of artificial intelligence suitable for libraries. The student is also able to analytically approach artificial intelligence and its opportunities and threats.
