Objective
Objectives
The student is familiar with the key approaches to ethics. The student can describe how ethics connect to business operations. The student can apply the concept of human agency in ethical reflection and describe their values. The student can analyse their ethical choices. The student can independently analyse their moral code.

The student recognizes the ethics-related concepts covered and applies them mostly correctly. The student's work demonstrates some ability to justify ethical choices as well as the ability to independently reflect on their own moral code.

The student recognizes almost all of the ethics-related concepts covered and is able to apply them appropriately. The student's work demonstrates the ability to justify and analyze ethical choices accurately, showing ethical sensitivity. The student's work also reflects the ability to engage in profound reflection on their own moral code.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
The student recognizes the ethics-related concepts covered and applies them through interpretation. The student's work demonstrates the ability to justify and analyze ethical choices in a versatile manner, showing ethical sensitivity and the ability to argue in favor of ethical solutions. The student's work also reflects the ability to engage in profound and critical analysis of their own moral code.
