Objective
A student:
understands the basic concepts of business and financial management in the context of the social and health care sector,
is familiar with innovation activities in the social and health care sector,
is knowledgeable about legislation related to the social and health care sector,
is capable of critically following and evaluating discussions and trends related to the topic, and
develops their ability to guide clients in issues related to their rights.

A student can describe entrepreneurship in the social and health care sector and apply entrepreneurial knowledge in development and management work. The student has created a business plan. The student knows some practices of entrepreneurship, commerce, and culture. The student is familiar with the principles of data protection in the social and health care sector.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
A student can compare information about entrepreneurship in the social and health care sector and integrate this knowledge into development and management work in the sector. The student has created a functional and practical business plan using literature. The student knows and can apply practices of entrepreneurship, commerce, and culture. The student is familiar with the principles of data protection in the social and health care sector and can apply them in practice.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
A student can analyze the latest information on entrepreneurship in the social and health care sector and critically apply this knowledge in development and management work. The student has also created a functional and practical business plan using international literature. The student knows and can apply a variety of practices in entrepreneurship, commerce, and culture. The student is familiar with the principles of data protection in the social and health care sector and can apply them in practice across different sectors of social and health care.
