Objective
The student is familiar with the environments of service and customer guidance and can name the methods and practices of guidance. The student understands the diversity of service needs of older people and can examine these needs from a multidisciplinary and comprehensive perspective. The student can develop services using the latest research evidence and appropriately justify the chosen methods. The student is familiar with the theory and applications of service design. The student knows the basics of knowledge management and, for example, the possibilities of the RAI assessment tool in knowledge management, and can support and promote the assessment of functional capacity and the use of functional capacity data for the benefit of older people from a managerial perspective.

The student is familiar with the environments of service and customer guidance and can name some guidance practices. The student understands the diversity of service needs of older people and can examine these needs. The student can develop services and appropriately justify the chosen methods. The student is familiar with the theory and applications of service design. The student is familiar with knowledge management and is aware of the possibilities of using the RAI assessment tool and functional capacity data in knowledge management.

The student can develop services using the latest research evidence and appropriately justify the chosen methods. The student is familiar with the theory of service design and can utilize service design methods in the development of a service or its components. The student can describe the importance of knowledge management and utilize the RAI assessment tool and the functional capacity data it produces as a management tool and in the development of activities.
