The student

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to explain and define psychosocial work orientation as part of systemic social work and understands the guidance approach to work. The student recognizes the characteristics of interaction in social work and is able to define their own actions and interaction skills from the perspective of social work. The student recognizes the different stages of the goal-oriented client work process and is able to apply this knowledge in their own work.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to evaluate the interaction required in social work and the guidance approach. The student is able to explain factors and consequences related to interaction, including from the perspective of their own professional development and interaction skills. The student is able to plan a goal-oriented client work process.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to justify and evaluate their interactive and guiding approach to work from the perspective of professional ethics. The student is able to describe the process of goal-oriented social work from the perspective of social work and analyze the factors that influence the client work process.
