Objective
Objectives
Physiotherapy Internship 3 takes place in various supervised workplace learning environments. During the internship, the student provides client-centred physiotherapy in different individual and group situations. The student acts professionally in interactive customer situations and is able to treat customers equally. As the studies progress, the student's key professional skills and expertise deepen. With the student's growing competence and professional development, their actions become increasingly client-oriented. The student is able to plan and implement physiotherapy that promotes the client's functional capacity in diverse environments together with the client. The student acts in accordance with ethical principles and makes individual choices and plans in physiotherapy work. Students will gain a broad understanding of the social role of physiotherapists as healthcare professionals who promote health and people's ability to work and function. The student assesses their own actions and identifies new areas for development.

Contents
The internship period takes place in hospitals, health centres, elderly care units, or the private sector, where the student may encounter, for example, surgical, orthopaedic patients, patients with pulmonary or cardiovascular diseases (internal medicine), geriatric and neurological clients.
