Employment relationship (3cr)

Objective

The student is able to find and apply in practice legislation concerning employment relationship. S/he is able to make a valid employment contract and a testimonial. The student knows the content of essential individual and collective labour law and social security of an employee.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to find and apply very well in practice essential laws concerning individual and collective legislation as well employee´s social security legislation.
