Objective
The student:
1. Knows how to make use of research data in interdisciplinary case management and decision-making.
2. Identifies development challenges in case management and can make development initiatives in his/her own work community and collaboration groups.
3. Knows how to use research and development methods, as well as innovate services and work practices in social and health care in a client-oriented manner.
4. Can evaluate his/ her own activity and service quality, profitability, cost-effectiveness and efficiency, and based on evaluation, can develop services and work practices.
5. Can evaluate and develop professional competence and expertize in interdisciplinary case management.

The student develops his/ her own and his/ her work community’s work practices by comparing, combining, and choosing research data. The student justifies the decisions made from the perspective of quality and profitability, and anticipates the efficiency of case management. The student describes his/her personal professional identity development as a case manager, adapts professional ethical principles, and analyses the challenges and opportunities in the way of personal competence development.
