Company Profiles of Finnish Businesses (1cr)

Objective

Students will visit four Finnish businesses in the Ostrobothnia (Swedish: Österbotten; Finnish: Pohjanmaa) region. Students will be aware of the internationalization processes, production capabilities and standards in relation to sustainability of the targeted businesses. Students will be introduced to cultural aspects of the region that include businesses operated in both the Finnish and Swedish speaking regions of Ostrobothnia.
