Objective
Students know how to encounter multicultural peer- students and other people as well as clients, families and community members as experts of their own lives. They meet multicultural peer-students and other people with respect and equal. Students know, how their student group acts and how individual student influences the atmosphere of the group. Students evaluate and develop their work, assume responsibility for their action and are aware of their interaction and cooperation skills and their development needs.
