Practical Training 2 (35cr)

Objective

The student is able to apply the offering of their studies and deepen their professional competence, to act independently in the work community, to analyse the needs for improvement at their workplace and make a plan for this, to analyse their own professional competence in writing and in speech, and to recognise their own areas requiring development.

Content

Guided practical training at a workplace agreed on in advance

Qualifications

The student shall have completed most of their professional and advanced studies

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

The practical training is passed successfully when
- The student participates in the search for their training position
- Makes a traineeship contract with the employer
- Is able to present suggestions for improvement for the operations at the workplace
- Recognises their own needs for development and learning
- Copes with the duties of the traineeship position
- Submits a traineeship report as required
