The training that will give you an overview of the retail industry and it’s significance in Finland.
The training will cover, among other things: customer target groups in different retail fields, the role and tasks of retail in the distribution chain, methods of competing as an entrepreneur-based retailer, The role of an entrepreneurial retailer in a retail chain and chain company, Safety and risk management in retail, Sales management of a retail department and Managemenet of retail based on statistics.
Retail and entrepreneurship is a 15 ECTS training offered by SeAMK in cooperation with the K-Retailers' Association. The training consists of three courses with entrepreneurship as the central theme. The focus is on entrepreneurship at the department level of retail. The training applies to all fields within the K Group.
