The industrial management study module offers a comprehensive introduction to key areas of business operations: industrial management, procurement, and logistics. The studies are suitable for anyone who wants to understand how companies plan, acquire, and deliver products and services efficiently and responsibly.

In the first part, students learn to apply basic concepts of industrial management, understand the relationships between different business functions, and utilize essential tools for production control and business planning. The procurement section introduces the purchasing process, supply chain management, and public procurement. The logistics section focuses on transportation, warehousing, customer service, and recycling logistics, as well as the holistic planning and control of material flows.

This study module develops the student’s capabilities to work in production, procurement, and logistics roles, while also providing strategic insight into building business competitiveness.
